System test failures
- Result: “The Defibrio cannot detect the pads”
- Make sure the pads are properly connected to the device, then tap “Try again.”
- Result: “Pads failure”
- Tap the “Contact Defibrio” button to request free replacement pads.
- Result: “Defibrillator failure”
- Tap the “Contact Defibrio” button to request a free replacement device.
- Result: “Weak phone battery”
- Your phone’s battery may not have sufficient power for defibrillation. Use the Defibrio with a different phone.
- Result: “Defibrio pads have been used”
- Attach new pads and enter the expiration date
- App says “Disconnected”
- Plug the Defibrio’s USB cable into the port on your phone
- App says “Reset Defibrio”
- Unplug and replug the USB cable
