System test failures

  • Result: “The Defibrio cannot detect the pads”
    • Make sure the pads are properly connected to the device, then tap “Try again.”
  • Result: “Pads failure”
    • Tap the “Contact Defibrio” button to request free replacement pads.
  • Result: “Defibrillator failure”
    • Tap the “Contact Defibrio” button to request a free replacement device.
  • Result: “Weak phone battery”
    • Your phone’s battery may not have sufficient power for defibrillation. Use the Defibrio with a different phone.
  • Result: “Defibrio pads have been used”
    • Attach new pads and enter the expiration date
  • App says “Disconnected”
    • Plug the Defibrio’s USB cable into the port on your phone
  • App says “Reset Defibrio”
    • Unplug and replug the USB cable
